Definition of LBM

I was absent yesterday at work, I told my superior that I have an LBM. At work everyone ask me why I am absent yesterday it is not common coz, they know that I am a workaholic. My friend told them that I got an LBM and he define LBM as "Looking For A Better Management". LOL
